Sorry for the lack of pictures.... we have been sans photos of this whole process, mainly because we have been in 5th gear non-stop. But here is it the day we bought it for a refresher.

Red Boat Progress
You may remember, but last fall/winter we Hubs worked on a ton of 'mechanical-esque' things on our new red boat - mainly winterizing the boat and changing some oils here and there, etc, etc. Well for 2 whole weekends now, we have been back at it and prepping this baby for boating season. Stuff like cleaning, waxing, sanding, bottom paint, outdrive paint, etc, etc. It has been some down-right tuff work, leaving Hubs and I especially exhausted come Sunday evening instead of being refreshed and ready to tackle the work week. I must say though that I am more than pleased with the results of our hard work - our boat is nice and shiny and ready to hit the water. We have a few more odds and ends to complete (I am thinking about throw pillows and blankets, Hubs is thinking about tinkering with the generator) but hopefully come March 31 this baby is ready to hit the Potomac and head on over to the Chesapeake Bay.
